The Official Miraculous YouTube Channel released their 20 second trailer for Ephemeral. This episode is said to be a “What if” episode which means the reveals will be forgotten like in Chat Blanc. You can find more into about that in the tweet thread below:
It's a"what if?" episode. These words were used by the writing team at the Hashtag Festival recently in reference to Ephemeral, but how does it apply here? "What if" refers to a "what if" scenario. Chat Blanc, and Oblivio, are "what if" episodes.

"So it doesn't affect the plot? It's not canon?"Um, I don't think you even know what the word "canon" means. Stop watching Marvel's "what if" from Disney+, that show is a VERY DIFFERENT thing. Cat Blanc and Oblivio are both "what ifs", but that doesn't mean they don't affect.

Oblivio: Although the end of this episode is not so sad, the effect was shown in Glaciator 2. Although LB and CN forgot everything, Paris did not, which led to them fighting. Slowly, Ladynoir dies to make way for Adrinette.
So yes, Ephemeral is a "what if", but don't judge it before you see it. We will talk about the havoc that this episode causes when it comes out, so I do not spoil it 🙂

"Feri, is it true that it lasts 26 minutes?" I know there was an article that said this but it also said about Glaiator 2 so I don't know. What I do know is that MANY MANY THINGS happen so I don't know how they will make this chapter last less than 30 minutes lmao
